Katy Dahl is a independent artist and worship leader in Minneapolis, MN. Originally from northern Minnesota, Katy grew up with a love for music, especially the sound of the acoustic guitar.
Katy has served as a worship leader on staff at churches in the twin cities for over a decade. Katy is passionate about communicating the Gospel through music and desires to spread a clear message in a way that is creative, yet easy to resonate with.
Her first EP “HOME” was released in the spring of 2017 and resembles an acoustic/organic sound. It was recorded and mixed in Minneapolis and was self-produced.
Katy released her second album entitled “FAITHFUL” in November of 2018. This album was produced by Chris August in Nashville and resembles more of a contemporary Christian feel. The songs “Watching Over Me” and “Nothing Without You” have received radio play on stations across the world. Katy has had the opportunity to open for a variety of artists including The Gray Havens, Jenny & Tyler, Mac Brock, Caleb & Kelsey, and Andrew Peterson.
